Terms and information notice

HeyWhere is in beta. Accounts, synced saves and shared lists are enabled; comments and reports are not currently available. Operator details, jurisdiction, a receiving contact route and data-deletion acceptance testing must still be completed before the 100-person Closed Beta.

Purpose of the information

HeyWhere is a cafe discovery tool, not a cafe operator. Addresses, opening hours, food and drink offerings, opening dates and operating status may change at any time. Check the cafe’s official information or contact it directly before travelling.

What verification means

“Verified open” means only that official or qualifying public evidence for the specific branch was found on the stated date. It is not a real-time on-site check or a guarantee that the cafe will remain open. Unverified records are excluded from recommendations by default.

Routes and crowds

Map locations and distances are for reference only. Some cafes in shopping centres, airports or other buildings can only be marked at building level. HeyWhere currently has no reliable real-time crowd data.

Recommendations and corrections

Recommendations may use saves and browsing on your device, areas, food categories and known operating status. Comments and reports are not currently available. HeyWhere does not describe social-media content as verified genuine reviews. Closures, removals and other material changes require human verification.

Material

Cafe names and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. Official cafe photos and videos are used according to the recorded permission basis. The channel for correcting data or media rights is pending activation; this page does not currently provide an active receiving address.
